The idea of Smart Eco City GINO was initiated in 2009. The first stage began in 2010 and 30 million euros were invested in the construction of water park. GINO Paradise encompassing 15 hectares, which represents the biggest entertainment center in the Caucasus region. During the second stage in 2015, the master plan for the development of 25 hectares was approved by the city hall. The master plan consists of commercial, office, and entertainment centers, with a total area of 200000 sqm. Development of the project Smart Eco Green City started in 2016.

The feasibility study for the project was prepared by Cushman & Wakefield and the master plan for the development of the whole 260 hectares and sustainability vision of the Eco Green City is currently prepared by the Danish company “RAMBOLL”.

Development Company Idea City holds management. Investor, project development company Idea City together with Partnership Fund, is interested to attract debt and equity financing for the project.
